Der Viehhandel mit empfänglichen Tieren (Rinder, Schafe, Ziegen, sonstige Wiederkäuer) aus Nordrhein-Westfalen in blauzungefreie Gebiete sowie in die Niederlande und nach Belgien wird nur noch unter bestimmten Auflagen möglich sein. Hierzu werden derzeit Gespräche geführt.
